noisy room expensive breakfast

I found several issues that detracted from the experience. The room assigned to me was quite noisy, mostly due to its proximity to the elevator. the breakfast was unexpectedly expensive. I paid close to $200 for a standard breakfast for two, including juice and coffee (I found that excessive!).

inconsistent service alarming incident

I found the service inconsistent. The main restaurant seemed to prioritize outside guests. The fire alarm incident was alarming. It went off without clear communication from staff, and emergency procedures was inadequate. I was disappointed by this lack of preparedness.
